TGexploring will start October 22nd with the first appointment dedicated to Technical English applied to Wine. The course – aimed at anyone wishing to increase their knowledge of English and studies or work in the wine or wine sector – aims at learning hundreds of terms related to the world of wine, including all aspects (vineyard, cellar, tasting).
The following days will be dedicated to the first level Wset (Wine & Spirit Education Trust). The one-day course is aimed at beginners and those who have very limited knowledge in the wine sector and issues the Wset Level 1 Wine qualification by passing an exam at the end of the course. The courses will be led by Enrico Donati from Veni Vidi Vini. Sommelier, wine educator and Wset certified teacher. For several years he has been developing and offering training courses in English both in Italy and abroad. Benanti winery will host the courses in Viagrande in the province of Catania.
Dates:
- October 22nd from 9 am to 1 pm and from 3 to 6 pm: Technical English applied to Wine, € 160;
- On 23/24/25 October from 9 am to 1 pm and from 3 to 6: WSET Level 1 Wine, € 240.

Those who will attend the course, will have free access to the Taormina Gourmet tasting counter, that will be held on October 26th, 27th and 28th at the Hotel Villa Diodoro, in addition to a 30 percent discount on masterclasses, subject to availability of places.
