The idea of zero dosage in Southern Italy.

The wine company Milazzo, in Campobello di Licata, province of Agrigento, is putting out a new challenge: a sparkling rosé Pas Dosè, or zero dosage, from Nero d'Avola grapes. At the end of October, it will be on the market.

This typology of wine is not very appreciated by connoisseurs of sparkilng wines, because it's difficult to understand it . It doesn't contain added sugar in the liqueur d'expedition, on a scale of sparkling wines with residual sugar less than 3 (Pas dosé Dosage or zero <3 Extra brut ≤ 6; Brut <12; extra dry 12-17; Dry or sec 17-32; Demi sec 32-50; Doux Sweet or> 50). The company, already on the market with 24 references, so will expand its range, in order to increase the number of sparkling wines that goes up to 7. This classic method sparkilng with zero dosage debuts in an edition of 2000 bottles from the company led by Giuseppe Milazzo, which shows year after year the desire to put himself to the test. “Making a sparkling wine says the producer – is not easy as many people think, and through our work we have always tried to create a quality product with care and thoroughness.
